Prices for a typical property changeover clean**
* Please note a changeover clean is not a deep clean. and would not typically include deep cleaning oven and hob, removing stains from carpets, etc. From time-to-time the property may need a deep clean. Please speak to us if you need a deep clean
** This doesn't include gardening or tidying up the driveways for houses. Also, these do not include linen hire. You will either need to arrange a linen hire with us or externally. Cleaners do not wash and iron linen at the property
