Terms & Conditions

HostAir Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – This agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Client”, “you”) and HostAir (“we”, “us”, “our”), providing short-term rental changeover cleaning, linen hire and related services in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the London Borough of Bexley.

1. Service Scope
1.1 We provide changeover cleaning and/or linen hire services for short-term lets, holiday lets and serviced apartments.
1.2 Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the service includes items described in the booked package (cleaning/completed changeover, new linen sets etc).
1.3 We are not responsible for general maintenance, repair work, guest damage not caught during cleaning, or wear and tear.

2. Booking & Payment
2.1 A completed booking via our website or other written confirmation constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
2.2 Payment terms will be as displayed at booking; you must ensure payment details are accurate and up to date.
2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel service if payment fails or becomes overdue.

3. Access & Property Condition
3.1 The property must be ready for access at the agreed time. Delays caused by late guest checkout, locked doors, blocked access may incur additional charges or cancellation.
3.2 You must inform us of any factors affecting the service (e.g., pets, building works, heavy soiling) at time of booking; failure to do so may lead to amended quotes or extra charges.

4. Liability & Insurance
4.1 We carry insurance for cleaning and linen hire services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items hidden, fragile items, wear and tear, or damage not reported within 24 hours of service completion.
4.2 You must maintain adequate property and liability insurance for your short-term letting activity.
4.3 Our total liability to you will not exceed the fee paid for the service in question.

5. Complaints & Rectification
5.1 Any service issues must be notified to us within 24 hours of completion, with supporting photographs if requested. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee action.
5.2 At our discretion, we may offer a re-clean of specific areas rather than full refund.

6. Cancellation, No-Show & Amendments
6.1 You may cancel or reschedule services subject to our rules (see Refund Policy below).
6.2 If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time (locked door, missing keys) you will be charged the full service fee.

7. No Refunds
7.1 Payments are non-refundable once service is completed. For more details see our Refund Policy.

8. Amendments
8.1 We may amend these Terms with 28 days' notice; your continued bookings will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of England & Wales.
